Jigsaw UK, USA and Junior

We worked with Jigsaw to create a synergy between their online and offline presence, allowing users to easily view their look books for UK, USA and Jigsaw Junior.

Concrete designed and developed an immersive and rich online experience for Jigsaw UK and Jigsaw USA that would tie in with their printed catalogues. To achieve this, we utilised our successful 'lookbook' component that allows customers to experience and browse a virtual catalogue on screen.

Pushing people to store from online...

Utilising Jigsaw’s continuously growing mailing list and knowledge of store stock levels a unique marketing strategy was devised. Loyal customers were emailed information on new stock arrivals that linked to an area of the website known as “Jigsaw Latest” an online style guide.

To coexist with the Jigsaw UK website, Concrete Studios were asked to create a different version of our successful lookbook system for the Jigsaw Junior website.

Whilst important that both the UK and Junior websites could both be easily identified as Jigsaw brands, it was agreed that the Junior website should present a more 'fun' approach to fashion to interest users of all ages. The pages incorporated animation to create a more engaging online experience.

With each season change, we were able to upgrade both the visual and technical aspects of the site to better suit the styles and trends available in Jigsaw's printed catalogue and in store. The end results proved very successful!
